A smooth cabernet franc-merlot, created to enjoy every day. This wine is produced from a black angus cattle farm in the Upper Goulburn next to the Yarra Valley. A 40-hectare section has been reserved for a lovingly tended vineyard. (Much to the cattle’s displeasure, they’re barred from sampling the lustrous fruits of their neighbouring field.)
