This 2022 beauty was made from a special small-batch run, produced using grapes that were hand-picked early in the harvest season, resulting in a unique flavour profile.

A 40-hectare section has been reserved for a lovingly tended vineyard. (Much to the cattle’s displeasure, they’re barred from sampling the lustrous fruits of their neighbouring field.)
